He is currently the Head of the Arts Department and serves as a cooperating teacher for music education student teachers from various colleges. Each year, he also instructs a guitar pedagogy course at the Brooklyn College Conservatory of Music. An active member of the Little Kids Rock organization, Ronnie is a three-time presenter at the annual Modern Band Summit.
